Danang Radar helps renters compare apartment listings across Da Nang, but rental decisions and agreements happen directly between users and third parties.
The service may normalize, rank, hide, or remove listings to protect feed quality and marketplace trust.
These terms are an MVP operating template and should be reviewed before public launch.

Using Danang Radar
Danang Radar is an apartment discovery marketplace for Da Nang renters, agents, and property representatives. By using the site, creating an account, saving searches, unlocking contact details, or submitting listing information, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.
These MVP terms are written for product launch planning and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being treated as final legal terms.

Marketplace role
Danang Radar gives agents, owners, and property representatives a free distribution channel for reaching qualified renters, while helping renters compare active apartment opportunities in one place. We are not a landlord, property manager, broker of record, escrow provider, or party to rental agreements made between renters and agents or owners.
Prices, availability, fees, lease terms, amenities, photos, and contact details can change quickly. Renters should confirm all important details directly with the responsible agent or owner before paying deposits, signing leases, or traveling to view a property.

Listings and freshness
We may show freshness indicators, confidence scores, status labels, channel notes, community flags, and other quality signals to help users judge whether a listing is likely to be current. These signals are informational only and are not guarantees.
We may edit, normalize, translate, deduplicate, hide, reject, or remove listings to keep the marketplace usable and reduce spam, duplicates, scams, stale inventory, or misleading content.

Accounts and contact unlocks
Some features require an account, including saved listings, saved searches, alerts, agent dashboards, admin review tools, and contact unlocks. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your session.
Contact details are provided to help renters verify inventory and arrange viewings. Users may not harvest, resell, spam, harass, or bulk-export agent or owner contact details from Danang Radar.

Agent and owner submissions
Agents and owners who submit, claim, correct, or manage listings confirm that they have the right to share the listing information and media they provide. They should keep availability, prices, and contact details accurate.
We may require verification before assigning a listing to an agent account or publishing high-volume inventory. We may also suspend submissions that appear fraudulent, duplicated, unsafe, discriminatory, or materially misleading.

User conduct
Users may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, submit false reports, harvest data at scale, or use Danang Radar for unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, or deceptive activity.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when activity harms renters, agents, marketplace integrity, security, or the reliability of the listing feed.

Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as available. Danang Radar does not guarantee that every listing is accurate, available, lawful, safe, exclusive, or suitable for a user's needs.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Danang Radar is not responsible for rental decisions, deposits, property conditions, third-party communications, missed opportunities, or disputes between renters, agents, owners, and other third parties.

Changes
We may update these terms as the product, marketplace, or legal requirements change. Material updates should be reflected by changing the updated date on this page.
Continued use of Danang Radar after updates means you accept the revised terms.
