Listing removal and correction requests.

A practical route for stale listings, ownership claims, contact removals, copyright complaints, and inventory review requests.

Last updated: May 3, 2026MVP template - not legal advice

Agents, owners, rights holders, and renters can ask Danang Radar to review listing data that appears wrong, stale, unauthorized, or infringing.

Complete requests should include the listing URL, the requested action, and enough context to verify the claim.

This is an MVP process template and should be reviewed before public launch.

01

What this page covers

Use this page as the MVP process for listing removals, data corrections, agent or owner claims, copyright complaints, and opt-out requests connected to rental inventory shared through Danang Radar.

Danang Radar may remove, hide, correct, de-rank, or annotate listings while reviewing a request. We may also ask for additional verification before making ownership or agency changes.

02

Removal and correction requests

If a listing is stale, inaccurate, duplicated, misleading, posted without authorization, or contains contact details that should be removed, send the listing URL, the specific information at issue, your relationship to the property, and the correction or removal you are requesting.

Helpful evidence can include current availability, updated price, agent authorization, property ownership documentation, supporting screenshots, or a short explanation of why the listing should be changed.

03

Claiming a listing

Agents and owners can ask to claim inventory on Danang Radar so they can maintain availability, pricing, photos, and contact details through free marketplace tools.

To reduce impersonation risk, we may request account verification, listing-management proof, property documentation, matching contact details, or other signals showing that the requester is allowed to manage the listing.

04

Copyright notices

For copyright complaints, provide the copyrighted work you believe was infringed, the Danang Radar URL where the material appears, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

If you are acting for a rights holder, include confirmation that you are authorized to act on their behalf. Until a dedicated legal inbox is published, submit notices through the contact page.

05

Counter notices

If your listing or material was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe removal was a mistake, contact us with the removed URL, your explanation, your contact information, and any supporting documentation.

We may restore material, keep it removed, request more information, or direct the parties to resolve the issue outside Danang Radar depending on the claim and applicable law.

06

Review timing

We aim to review clear, complete requests promptly, with urgent safety, fraud, impersonation, and privacy issues prioritized. Complex ownership, authorization, or copyright disputes may take longer.

Submitting a request does not guarantee removal, publication, ownership transfer, ranking changes, compensation, or a particular legal outcome.

07

Abuse of the process

False, abusive, automated, or bad-faith notices can harm renters, agents, and marketplace quality. Danang Radar may reject requests, limit accounts, preserve records, or take other action when the process is misused.

Repeatedly submitting claims about listings you do not represent may affect future access to agent tools, claim workflows, or support priority.
