How Danang Radar handles account data, saved-search behavior, listing interactions, and operational marketplace signals.
We collect the information needed to run apartment search, saved listings, alerts, contact unlocks, agent tools, and marketplace trust workflows.
We use service providers for authentication, storage, hosting, analytics, email, and operational monitoring.
This is an MVP privacy template and should be reviewed before public launch.

Information we collect
We collect information users provide directly, such as account email, profile details, saved searches, saved listings, listing submissions, agent dashboard updates, correction requests, and messages sent through contact or support flows.
We also collect product usage data, including pages viewed, filters used, listing interactions, contact unlocks, authentication events, device and browser signals, approximate location derived from technical data, and logs needed for security and reliability.

How we use information
We use information to operate the marketplace, show relevant listings, maintain saved searches, send alerts, support account access, review submitted inventory, detect abuse, measure listing freshness, improve search quality, and respond to user requests.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand market coverage, feed health, neighborhood demand, product performance, and inventory quality.

Authentication and service providers
Danang Radar uses third-party infrastructure for features such as authentication, database storage, file storage, hosting, analytics, email, and operational monitoring. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Account authentication may be handled by Supabase. Listing images, account records, saved searches, and event logs may be stored in managed systems used by the Danang Radar product and operations team.

Saved searches and listing activity
Saved searches, saved listings, alerts, and contact unlocks are connected to user accounts so the product can restore shortlists, notify users about matching inventory, and help agents understand legitimate renter interest.
We may use listing interaction signals to rank inventory, reduce stale listings, investigate spam, and improve marketplace quality. We do not intend these signals to expose private browsing behavior publicly.

Listing channels and public data
Rental information may be shared through agent submissions, owner updates, marketplace posts, public channels, social groups, or partner feeds. We keep channel references and freshness data where useful for auditability, correction, and removal workflows.
If you believe a listing includes personal data, copyrighted material, outdated availability, or contact information that should not appear on Danang Radar, use the DMCA / opt-out page or contact page to request review.

Sharing
We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or counterparties when necessary for a user-requested marketplace action, such as contacting an agent or processing a listing claim.
We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product. Future paid marketplace or agent tools should preserve this principle unless the policy is updated clearly.

Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain account history, resolve disputes, support audits, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve product reliability.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Users should protect account credentials and avoid sending sensitive financial or identity documents through informal listing conversations.

Your choices
Users may request account support, saved-search changes, listing corrections, removals, or data access through the contact flow. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
Browser settings, email preferences, and account tools may also provide ways to limit cookies, notifications, alerts, or saved marketplace activity.

International use
Danang Radar is built for Da Nang rental discovery and may be operated from Vietnam or other jurisdictions using global infrastructure providers.
By using the service, users understand that their information may be processed in countries with different data protection rules from their home country.
